Let's have a roll call of rallies we expect to attend in 2010 and make sure we all update the events page with everything no matter how small. If you're going to a rally or 'do' remember to post it in plenty of time, meeting up points, accommodation details and route, I accept that different people want to do different speeds and stops but let everybody decide individually whether they'd like to tail on or not. i.e. Ivybridge last year: I didn't know Jimmers was going until I met him on the A303! FWIW: 2010 for me:
Next Saturday 9th: Surprise party at another local club, space at mine if you want to stay, I'm giving Bruno a lift, PM me for further details! Eurolambretta Spain June WSM shipston lcgb (if on) Bridlington woolacombe (possibly) warmwell
and anything else I can fit in: reluctant to spend money before June as Spain is my priority.

and as I had to point out to another local club's number one last year: exit17 are still going: the club has not folded, a core of mates are still in the club and thats healthy: just the people that have driven the club in the last 9 years have a myriad of other responsibilities and interests that keep them away from the scene. Not everyone wants the same things. Putting on a 'do' now & then and all wearing the same T shirt does not necessarily make you a healthy club, but I'll accept it helps! WE have the new design shirt now which is great, and I live in Westbury now so maybe if I get my own finger out (working 8-5 mon fri too, every weekend off) It'll help. Perhaps we can even think 'out of the box' and have meets around each others houses or local pubs if we are only going to get a max of 10 people turn up at a meet: and also accept that if the meet is publicised then whoever turns up or makes their views known are the decision makers. I'll mail Alan about the site again, perhaps we could pool our pictures from 2008/9 rallies chaps, lets blow the cobwebs out as we cant get any more of a wake up call then someone of Glens standing saying this.

here here to what wicksy said. The idea about having meets at rallies was sound, but I don't enjoy some of the southern rallies our core of the club usually go on, and if anyone fancies Bridlington/Cleethorpes or LCGB rallies I am always open to these and new places! Usually I end up riding on my own anyhow, so company would be welcome. We do need to communicate more however. the site needs an overhaul badly.
